The accommodations were nicely decorated and suitable for a brief visit.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff ; the quiet of the hotel with monitoring device and friendly guard. In a manageable walking distance to the old town centre.

Although not too far away from the old town, there is nothing attractive around the place where the hotel is located. You've got to go to town to see something pleasant. But this didn't matter for me personally.---

Very quiet, receptionist helpful, free internet access, close to Poznan main railway station (10-15 mins walk). Hotel is more like a business centre with most (all?) rooms on ground floor.

No restaurant, though receptionist directed me to a very pleasant (and reasonably priced) Italian restaurant just a couple of minutes walk away.

The rooms here are spacious and kept toasty warm, plus they come with goodies like mineral water and free Wi-Fi. 🌟 On top of that, all the staff are super friendly and welcoming. **End of Review**

the location in a very green area was good and there were a large shopping mall and a shopping area nearby. i appreciated that it is set close to a bus station.

Great value hotel in Poznan with helpful staff at the reception. Peaceful and perfect location. - New-fashioned deluxe king room with amenities like mineral water and a sofa bed. - Amazing breakfasts served, including delicious local food. - Convenient proximity to the bus station, center, Avenida, as well as train and bus stations.

Private parking, 24-hours reception and a relaxed environment.

No AC in the rooms or in the hallways, only in the lobby. The sewerage system was not ok. When using the toilet the shower was slowly filled and when showering the shower cabin did not empty before a long time afterwood. Please check!

The hotel is located in quite a good area, quiet but near city center and the main train station of the city (10 minutes going by taxi to train station, 15-20 minutes by taxi to Old Square and Stary Browar - the shopping mall). They have 24-hour reception which means we can check- in at late evening and we can order some drinks like tea, coffee,..etc even at mid night. They have 3 mini garden with a table and some chairs, those corners look quite nice, peaceful and good for relaxing

We stayed 8 days at this hotel and all 8 days we had exactly the same breakfast with bread, butter, cheese, szynka, kielbasa, (terrible) scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, milk, cornflakes (the cheap kind), cucumber, tomato, that's all. Nothing different in all those days. I even remember exactly the brand names of all those foods and they put them in exactly the same place everyday. Even if I closed my eyes, I still could grab exactly what I needed. Plus, the towels in bathroom looked like they were used for years. The edge of the towels were torn out pretty much

The location here was just right for me. the restaurant really stood out 🌟, and the food was incredible. the staff were overall polite, but there were a couple who could have been friendlier.

Most of the waitress are very friendly, and always have sweet smile on their face.

Functional hotel with GENTLE staff when the manager is and very good Wi-Fi. Breakfast with mineral water, ham and cakes. Easy check-in, parking in front of the venue. The hotel of choice in Poznan.

I booked a deluxe king room which was tastefully decorated, had central heating, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk.
